I am in my mid-40’s and I work as a urologist at Vestfold Hospital Trust, Tønsberg, Norway. There I’m in charge of prostate cancer and lead the local Prostate Cancer Center. I’m also a certified general surgeon and are attached as a delegate to the Field Hospital ERU (Emergency Response Unit) of Norwegian Red Cross. I’ve been on missions to the Philippines after the taiphoon Yolanda/ Haiyyan in 2014 and to Nepal in 2015 after the earthquake.
There are other things than medicine that I feel strongly about. You can read about these at Life Outside Medicine
